Celebration of Talent – Inland Northwest 2019

Regional Conference for Gifted Youth, Parents & Educators

Saturday, September 28, 2019 - Whitworth University, Spokane, WA

Don’t miss this seventh annual event designed to enlighten children, parents and educators on the subject of giftedness and the unique challenges and benefits that it brings.  Gifted students will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of fun and unique learning experiences with other like-minded youth.  Parents will be able to interact with other parents and professionals on the challenges and joys of raising gifted children.  Educators will have the unique opportunity to participate in a workshops dedicated towards gifted education and receive professional clock hours through ESD 101 for their involvement. Keynote presentations will have all conference participants gathered together. Breakout sessions will allow participants to select topics of interest. Early Bird registration cost is $50.00 per person or $75.00 for a family for earky registration. Prices will go up to $75 and $100 respectively on September 1. (Partial scholarships are available.)  Additional $10.00 charge for those receiving clock hours. We are also offering a flat group rate of $600 for school districts and attendees will be eligible for clock hours.Conference fee includes keynote presentations, breakout sessions, and beverages. Please bring a sack lunch and a picnic blanket to eat lunch while watching our noon entertainment. Children must be at least five years of age to participate.  All children must attend with a parent.
